Apartments and townhouses do not have a private pool, but give clients access to heated communal swimming pools which can represent a saving of approximately £100 per week during the six winter months when pool heating is recommended at private villas. However, in some cases townhouses include a private splash pool which will require heating during the winter season. Generally apartments and townhouses are located on resorts offering a wide variety of activities which are seldom available at private villas. Some resorts within this brochure offer a choice of apartments, townhouses and villas, whilst others offer only apartments or townhouses. This type of accommodation is ideal for couples travelling by themselves or families requiring the freedom of self catering but a wide range of activities to keep the family entertained without having to move from the resort!

Many also have a Jacuzzi, normally only available at a supplement (see price grids). We have selected modern properties in prime locations for easy access to major theme parks and the many other attractions of the area.
