APARTMENTS
In the USA apartments are more commonly
referred to as Condominiums (Condo’s).
These usually comprise separate bedrooms
and living areas and they have a fully
equipped kitchen. Apartments are most
often built in complexes where there are
some shared facilities - most notably a
swimming pool.
TOWNHOUSES
These houses are 2 storey buildings usually
built in blocks of 2 or more adjacent
properties. Facilities on offer are similar
to those of the detached villas except
that Town Houses do not have private pools.
In some cases they have splash pools or
even outside Jacuzzis.
VILLAS WITH POOLS
Our range of villa accommodation in Orlando
covers many different grades which are often
displayed in brochures with various titles such
as ‘Luxury’, ‘Premier’, ‘Superior’ etc.
The basic facilities are similar, but the higher
grade is dependent on the location and
particular amenities at each individual villa.You
may have a new villa at the same grade than
an older villa, but the older villa has much
better facilities.Your choice should be based
on location and amenities required.
3 Star Villas
Our 3 Star Villas are what
we would describe as luxurious and with all
amenities, but not furnished to the same
standard, or located at some of the new
‘up-market’ developments. As some of these
villas will not have pre-heatable pools it is
essential to pre-order this at the time
of booking.
4 Star Villas
These villas have the same
facilities as our 3 Star villas but they are
furnished to a higher standard or are generally
better located or in many cases are situated in
new luxury developments and other
communities offering ‘resort style’ facilities.
4 Star Plus Villas
Spacious, designer décor
and upgraded furnishings and fittings. Generally
located at up-market developments.
